BASHIR MALIK has over THIRTYFIVE years working experience in the senior Management positions in London and also with world largest Gold and Copper mines in Zambia, Ghana, Burkina Faso & Cote d’Ivoire in Africa and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia.

BASHIR  had been HEAD OF FINANCE  for 13 years with the largest Copper  & Cobalt mines in Zamia which had 6 operating mines and 60,000 employees.

CFO/JV DIRECTOR  with Zavershan Gold Company in Central Asia and Manager Finance & Administration with GOLD FIELDS – the largest Gold producer with operations in RSA, Australia, Peru and Africa.

BASHIR has actively participated in the implementation of Accounting Systems i.e. MSA General Ledger, SunSystems, AccPac, SAP, Pronto & Ellipse and inroduction of SOX, ISO14001 & ISO 18001.
